Halo: Reach

Yes, it finally happened. We now have a Halo: Reach thread. You're welcome.

I am a fan of the franchise, I won't lie. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not very good at it, I'm just a Commander Grade 2.(I know my sig says I'm a Captain but that's about...2 years out of date at this point, but I digress). I either win and do very well overall, or lose spectacualarly and curse myself for playing in the first place.

That being said, this game looks very exciting; the sheer amount of content, upgrades, fan service, variety, and even changes to matchmaking advancement, (So long TrueSkill system! WOOO!!!) are setting this up to be the halo experience that we've been waiting for. If you're a Halo fan then you already know all about it. If not, then I'm probably not going to convince you.
I'm just excited for this is all.

I think they should have followed in gear's footsteps and ended it after 3.

Technically the end did come with Halo 3. Reach is a prequel to Halo: Combat Evolved. (I just found out that they are gonna go after rage-quitters in this games online multi-player, WOO!!! No more games where half my team quits out!)

Ah, that should make for a shitty game, since the rage quitters will probably suck

better to have someone who's not so great on your team than taking on a whole team by your lonesome.
